At VICHYKING, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted leather shoes and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. In case you're not, we have a comprehensive Return & Exchange policy in place:

1. Return Procedure

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your shoes must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Please do not send your purchase back to the original address. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return address via email.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Exchange

Exchanges are only applicable if the item received is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will replace the item for free. Please contact us if you need to exchange a defective or damaged product.

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, in the event of an exchange due to a defective or damaged product, we will cover the shipping costs.

5. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
