1. Dispatch Time

As our shoes are handcrafted and made to order, the production and dispatch time is within 7 business days (working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the date the order is placed.

* During sale periods and promotional campaigns, production and delivery may be extended up to 5 working days above the usual period.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Norway, Finland, Spain, Ireland, and Mexico. Regrettably, we are unable to ship to other regions at this time.

3. Shipping Charges & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are waived for orders over $50. We work with reputed courier services such as DHL, UPS, and USPS to ensure your order reaches you as swiftly as possible. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States/Canada: Free shipping on all orders. Typical delivery times range between 3-15 business days.
  • United Kingdom and other European countries: Free shipping on all orders. Typical delivery times range between 4-15 business days.
  • During holiday or sale periods, dispatch may be delayed by 3-10 days due to high order volumes. We'll communicate any delays as soon as possible. You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, across all the markets and regions that we serve.

5. Express Shipping

Express shipping options are available at an additional cost. The cost and expected delivery time for express shipping will be provided at the time of checkout.

6. Customs & Duties

All customs and import duties are borne by us, the seller. This allows you to shop worry-free, knowing that there will be no unexpected charges upon delivery.

7.Lost/Return Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our facility. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address given by the customer or unclaimed packages during order processing.
